Our vaccinations guard against Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2 - Spay/Neuter: **Dogs of age will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption** Puppies will be spayed/neutered free of charge by Weirs Veterinary Services once they reach at least 6 months of age. We will do our best to help you resolve problems and can direct you towards helpful resources. Often it will take a dog some time to settle into a new home and we will work with you through any problems and concerns you may have.If you are unable to keep the dog you have adopted through FFH, we ask that you contact us first. Within 14 days of the adoption, we will provide a credit in the amount of the adoption fee paid ($300 or $350), to be used towards the adoption of another dog from FFH. No refund credits will be given after 14 days.If for any reason you need to return your dog to us, your dog will be placed into the first appropriate foster home to become available. FFH typically does not know the life experiences of adult dogs. It often takes dogs several days to settle into a new environment. Adopters need to be patient with new dogs and give them time to transition. FFH reserves the right to repossess a dog at any time if we believe the dog is being mistreated, kept outside in harsh weather conditions or for extended periods of time, the adopter refuses to comply with Adoption Contract policies, or if a dog is not being cared for as per the Animal Protection Act of Alberta -http://www.qp.alberta.ca/documents/acts/a41.pdf FALSIFIED INFORMATION WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION. FURBABIES FUREVER HOMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICATION. “I understand that Furbabies Furever Homes is not able to guarantee the health, history, age, breed, or behavior of any dog and it’s my responsibility to see and evaluate the dog for myself before agreeing to adoption. The adoption of a dog should not be impulsive, but rather a carefully thought out decision which will ensure a loving, lasting relationship.” ** I agree to these terms & conditions Please type your full name to acknowledge you have completed this application to the best of your ability* CAPTCHA
